How do I check in? What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out is by 10am on the day of your departure.

We operate a self-check-in service which means your accommodation key will be left in the door of your accommodation from 4pm. At the end of your stay, you may place your key either back in the door of your hut or in the key safe provided.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Please contact the booking provider you used to book your stay (Pitchup or Holiday Cottages) to view their cancellation/change policy.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
